Heating Instructions

All meals are fully cooked and delivered fresh, ready to reheat and enjoy. For best results, follow these simple guidelines based on how you like to eat.

 General Tips

  • Remove any cold toppings or sauce cups before reheating.

  • Leave lids slightly open to release steam.

  • The containers are microwaveable, but it is best to transfer to glass or microwave-safe dishes if possible.

  • It's best to underheat rather than overheat.

 Microwave

  • Time: 1–2 minutes on high

  • Tips: Loosen the lid slightly. Stir halfway if needed. Add a splash of water if it looks dry.

 Oven

  • Time: 10–12 minutes at 350°F

  • Tips: Transfer to an oven-safe container and cover loosely with foil to retain moisture.

 Stovetop

  • Time: 4–6 minutes on medium heat

  • Tips: Add a small splash of water or broth. Stir occasionally.

 Freezing & Reheating Later

  • If you're not planning to eat all meals by Tuesday, freeze them!

  • To reheat from frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge and follow the oven or microwave instructions above.
