When do I need to place my order?
We open a new menu every other Sunday. Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59PM to reserve your meals for the upcoming week.
After that, ordering closes so we can plan, prep, and deliver efficiently.


What happens if I miss the order deadline?
If you miss the deadline, reach out! We sometimes have limited extras available. However, it's best to reserve early to guarantee your meals.

When and where is pickup?
Pickup is available every Saturday at our designated commercial location. Full pickup details are provided after reservation confirmation.


Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We deliver every Saturday between 1PMโ€“4PM across the Las Vegas area. Delivery windows and instructions are shared after your order is confirmed.

What types of meals do you offer?
We prepare balanced, wholesome meals using organic ingredients when possible, fresh vegetables, clean proteins, and no seed oils or preservatives in our core meals.
Menus rotate every two weeks to keep things fresh and seasonal.


Do you offer customizations?
At this time, all meals are chef-designed and prepared as listed. This allows us to maintain freshness, consistency, and efficiency for everyone.
We welcome feedback and special requests โ€” reach out and weโ€™ll always consider them for future menus!


Do your meals contain sweeteners or flavorings?
Some of our wellness shots and specialty items may include small amounts of Splenda to balance flavor while keeping sugars low.
We choose ingredients thoughtfully, prioritizing real food, functionality, and balance โ€” always with the goal of helping you enjoy great taste without compromising your wellness goals.

Are orders refundable or changeable after placing?
Because all meals are made-to-order, all sales are final once submitted.
If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us directly and weโ€™ll handle each situation with care and understanding.


What if I miss my pickup or delivery?
Please be available during your scheduled pickup or delivery window. Meals not picked up or accepted are non-refundable.
Weโ€™ll do our best to communicate with you and accommodate if something unexpected comes up!
