At PruFoods, we're proud to be more than just a meal service — we're a team of passionate individuals who believe in good food, hard work, and wholehearted living. Meet the amazing people who make it all happen:

 

Alma spent 14 years at The Cracked Egg, mastering the art of hospitality and service. After COVID, she took a step back to focus on herself, working part-time at her husband's flooring company. Alma is an executor — built different and tough as nails. She brings a level of precision, grit, and strength that’s rare to find, and has personally taught me some incredible lessons. We are lucky to have her leading with that level of experience and heart.

 

Patty grew up in the heart of the kitchen, helping in her mother’s restaurant in Jalisco from the young age of five. After her mom’s retirement, Patty and her husband ran the family business with pride before moving to the States. Patty is a natural in the kitchen. She didn’t skip a beat when she joined us, she flowed right into our kitchen. A woman of many talents, Patty also does nails...a testament to her eye for detail. I’m truly grateful to have her part of the team. 

 

Pedro is truly a jack of all trades. Between running his own printing business, working in flooring, tattooing, and more, he still finds time to be our incredibly efficient and dependable delivery driver. His work ethic and versatility keep us moving — literally!

 

Isabella brings contagious energy and enthusiasm to everything she touches. As one of our newest team members, she plays a key role in supporting operations — assisting with customer service, social media, and organization behind the scenes. With a lifelong commitment to wellness — including losing nearly 70 pounds — she truly embodies the PruFoods principle: nourish, thrive, and live well.

 

And finally, our unofficial team member — my son. Kai has watched this business grow slowly into what it is today, helping with labels, carrying groceries, taste testing new recipes, facilitating order pickups, folding bar towels and any odd jobs that may need doing. He's not the best at finding things, but we are building him up. He lives the Prufoods principle whether he knows it or not, and packs his own lunch and warms up his own dinner. Meal prep is a part of our everyday life and an essential part of what keeps this machine moving.
